Terms of Service

1. General

These Terms govern use of the UpBRO service available at up-bro.com (the "Service"). By using the Service you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of the service

UpBRO provides an automated audit of a public Upwork profile using AI algorithms. The Service analyses profile content you provide and generates a report with recommendations. It operates on a credit model: one credit = one audit.

3. Nature of results

Reports are informational and advisory in nature and are generated automatically without human review. We do not guarantee job offers, improved Upwork search rankings, or any specific commercial outcome. Decisions based on the report are your own.

4. Account and credits

Using the Service requires an account (sign-in via magic link sent to your email). Credits are purchased through Stripe and added to your balance. A credit is deducted after the report is generated. You are responsible for maintaining access to your email.

5. Payment

All payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are listed on the pricing page. The operator does not store your payment card data. The refund policy is set out in the Refund Policy.

6. Acceptable use

By using the Service you agree not to:

• upload data belonging to others without legal basis;
• attempt to hack, overload, or circumvent the security of the Service;
• use the Service for unlawful purposes;
• mass-scrape content from the Service automatically.

7. Intellectual property

The Service's code, design, knowledge base, and algorithms are owned by the operator. Reports generated for you may be freely used for your own purposes.

8. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or decisions made based on reports. The operator's total liability is capped at the amount you paid in the last 12 months.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. The current version is always available on this page with the date of update.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Polish law and applicable EU legislation. Disputes that cannot be resolved amicably are handled by the competent court at the operator's registered address.
