1. Digital content and right of withdrawal
UpBRO sells digital content (audit reports) delivered immediately upon purchase. By completing payment you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that the right of withdrawal under EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU) does not apply once the report has been generated.
2. When a refund is granted
We will issue a full refund if:
- a technical error on our side prevented the report from being generated;
- credits were charged but no report was produced;
- you contact us within 7 days of purchase and a report was not yet generated.
3. How to request a refund
Email support@up-bro.com with the subject "Refund request", your registered email address, and the date of purchase. We aim to respond within 3 business days.
4. Refund processing
Approved refunds are processed via Stripe back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
